Actress Debra Messing Visits Walt Disney World



Emmy-award winning actress Debra Messing recently visited Walt Disney World Resort with her family and friends.  During her visit, Debra stopped for a pic with Minnie Mouse outside Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom Park.

You can catch Debra on a new adaptation of “Dirty Dancing” as Marjorie Houseman (Baby’s mom) scheduled to air May 24 at 8pm ET on ABC Television Network.

Test Track at Epcot Closing Early on March 30


Guests visiting Epcot this Thursday should note that Test Track will be closing at 6pm for a private event.  The two other Future World East attractions, Ellen’s Universe of Energy and the Colortopia exhibit will not be affected and operate as normal.

New Radio Disney Photo Opp at Disney Springs


Guests visiting Disney Springs next month will be able to partake in a special photo opportunity.  The iconic Radio Disney arch will be on display through April 30, 2017.

“The ARDY Arch” receives its nickname from the “ARDY” award presented to artists by winning an annual fan vote.  The arch has been a staple on the Radio Disney Music Awards red carpet with   artists like Fifth Harmony and Gwen Stefani walking underneath it since 2014.

All Radio Disney fans can participate now by voting for your favorite artists until April 9, 2017 at The live RDMA show and award presentation will take place on April 29 in Los Angeles and results will be shared in live time via social media.  Then, tune in on April 30 to watch “Disney Channel Presents the 2017 Radio Disney Awards” on the Disney Channel at 7pm to watch the entire event.

Universal Orlando Resort Announces Concert Line-up for Rock the Universe 2017



Universal Orlando Resort has announced the concert line-up for this year’s Rock the Universe.  The Christian music festival will take place over two days on September 8 & 9 and include performances from some of today’s hottest Christian artists.  Enjoy a weekend of faith and worship and some of Universal’s headline attractions like Revenge of the Mummy, Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit and more in-between sets.

Animal Hospital and Veterinary Treatment Room at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Closed for Refurbishment


The on-stage Animal Hospital and Veterinary Treatment Room in Rafiki’s Planet Watch at Disney’s Animal Kingdom is now closed for refurbishment.  When the area re-opens mid-June, it will have several new enhancements.  One of these upgrades will be the addition of 2 new CT scanners which guests will be able to see in use while procedures are taking place.
