Star Wars: The Last Jedi Available Digitally Today

Star Wars: The Last Jedi is now available digitally in HD, 4K Ultra HD, and Movies Anywhere.

In Lucasfilm’s Star Wars: The Last Jedi, the Skywalker saga continues as the heroes of The Force Awakens join the galactic legends in an epic adventure that unlocks age-old mysteries of the Force and shocking revelations of the past. The film stars Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong’o, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Anthony Daniels, Gwendoline Christie, Kelly Marie Tran, Laura Dern and Benicio Del Toro.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi is written and directed by Rian Johnson and produced by Kathleen Kennedy and Ram Bergman. J.J. Abrams, Tom Karnowski and Jason McGatlin are the executive producers.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi arrives on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray and Blu-ray disc on March 27.

‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ Home Release Dates Announced

Disney has announced the home release dates for “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” which will include a feature-length documentary and lots of extras.

Bonus features (which can vary by retailer) include:

‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ Posts $220 Million Domestic Debut

Star Wars: The Last Jedi entered the record books this weekend with a domestic debut of $220 million, becoming the second highest opening of all time behind only Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Internationally, the film posted $230.8 million (excluding China, where it opens January 5) for a massive global debut of $450.8 million.

The domestic debut kicked off with $45 million in Thursday night previews heading into a $104.8 million Friday, making it the second biggest Thursday-preview, opening-day, single-day and Friday gross in industry history behind only The Force Awakens. It also joins The Force Awakens as one of only two films to surpass $100 million in their opening day.

Internationally, the film opened No. 1 in nearly all markets and posted the second biggest opening weekend of all time (behind only The Force Awakens) in Australia, Germany, Hungary, New Zealand, and Sweden. It was the No. 1 opening weekend of 2017 in all of those countries as well as France, Japan (western), Spain, UK/Ireland, Bosnia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Iceland, Norway, Poland, Serbia, Croatia and Switzerland.

At $450.8 million globally, it is the fifth biggest global opening of all time and the third biggest excluding films that debuted day-and-date in China. It already ranks among the top 20 releases of the year after just five days. Globally, its IMAX debut of $40.6 million places it as the second biggest opening in IMAX history behind only The Force Awakens.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi holds a Certified Fresh RottenTomatoes score of 93% and earned an A CinemaScore from audiences.

‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ Posts Second Highest Domestic Preview of All Time

Star Wars: The Last Jedi posted an estimated $45 million in Thursday evening previews for the second highest domestic preview gross of all time, coming in 55 percent ahead of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story ($29 million) and just 21 percent behind Star Wars: The Force Awakens ($57 million). The Last Jedi currently has a Rotten Tomatoes score of 93 percent, reflecting the strong word-of-mouth and critical acclaim the film is receiving.

The film began its international rollout on December 13 in 14 material markets, followed by an additional 34 material markets on December 14, opening at No. 1 in nearly all and bringing its two-day international total to an estimated $60.8 million and a cumulative worldwide gross of $105.8 million.

A force to be reckoned with around the globe, The Last Jedi has the second biggest industry opening day of all time in Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Finland, Netherlands, Sweden and Iceland—ranking behind only Star Wars: The Force Awakens—and the third biggest opening day of all time in the UK and Norway. The film’s debut is the highest of 2017 in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK and Ireland.

In addition to its North American debut, Star Wars: The Last Jedi adds Japan and Spain today for a day-and-date release across all territories except China, where it opens on January 5.
