Fairfax Fare at Disney’s Hollywood Studios to Begin Serving Breakfast

Back in April, Fairfax Fare at Disney’s Hollywood Studios began testing a breakfast menu.  It seems that test proved to be a success because breakfast will return to the quick-service eatery on June 30,  just in time for the grand opening of Toy Story Land!

Guests will be able to choose from a variety of hot and cold breakfast options from 8am – 11am.

Breakfast items include:

  • Breakfast Sandwich – Scrambled Eggs, Ham, Swiss Cheese and Spinach served on an Onion Roll with Herb-Cheese Spread
  • Loaded Scrambled Egg Bowl – Scrambled Eggs, Chorizo Sausage, Peppers, Onions and Potatoes
  • Baked Pastry Basket – Mini versions of Apple Fritter, Raspberry Twist, Chocolate Croissant and Cinnamon Roll
  • Hot Oatmeal and Fresh Berries – Oatmeal with fresh Berries, Brown Sugar and Maple Glaze
  • Everything Bagel – served with your choice of Cream Cheese, Butter or Jelly
  • Plain Bagel – served with your choice of Cream Cheese, Butter or Jelly
  • Kid’s Meal – Scrambled Eggs and Breakfast Potatoes – served with Dannon® Danimals® Smoothie, Seasonal Fruit and choice of small Lowfat Milk or small Dasani® Water
  • Banana
  • Orange

A variety of beverages including milk, chocolate milk, coffee, tea, juice and soda will also be available.

Fairfax Fare at Disney’s Hollywood Studios to Test Breakfast Menu

Beginning April 22, Fairfax Fare at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be testing a breakfast menu.  For a limited time, guests will be able to choose from a variety of hot and cold breakfast options from 9am – 11am.

Breakfast items include:

  • Loaded scrambled eggs with chorizo, peppers, onions and potatoes
  • “Breakfast on a Bun” with eggs, ham, swiss and spinach on an herb cheese-smeared onion roll
  • Hot oatmeal and fresh berries with brown sugar and maple glaze
  • Kids Meal of scrambled eggs and potatoes
  • Yogurt
  • Toasted Bagels
  • Freshly-baked pastry basket featuring miniature baked goods
  • Fresh Fruit

Lunch will continue to be served starting at 11:30am.  Currently, the test is scheduled to take place through May 5, 2018.

Mobile Order Expanding to Additonal Disney’s Hollywood Studios Restaurants

Beginning Tuesday September 19, Mobile Order, the service which allows guests the convenience of ordering and paying for meals on-the-go within the My Disney Experience App, will be available at Rosie’s All-American Café, Catalina Eddie’s, and Fairfax Fare at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Rosie’s All-American Café serves Angus cheeseburgers, crispy chicken nuggets, fries and coleslaw.  Catalina Eddie’s offers pizzas, zesty Caesar salads and more.  And Fairfax Fare is known for their Latino specialties.  All of these restaurants are located on Sunset Blvd.

In case you aren’t familiar, Mobile Order offers a huge convenience to park guests.  Using the app, guests can select menu items, customize their order and pre-pay for their meal. When they arrive at the restaurant they can tap the “I’m here” button in the app, which will notify the kitchen to prepare the meal. When ready, guests will be alerted through the app to pick up their meal at a designated window.

Please note, Mobile Orders can only accept credit cards for payment right now and not the Disney Dining Plan.  Also, the service is not currently able to offer Annual Passholder or Tables in Wonderland discounts.  These discounts can only be applied at the counter.
