Healthy Dining Options at Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Resort

We are at the beginning of 2018 and for many people, the start of their New Year’s resolutions.  Did you vow to make healthier choices this year and wonder how that’s possible at Walt Disney World Resort?  Well, Disney recently shared some delicious and nutritious food options available at Disney Springs that will help you stay on track.  Let’s take a look!

Taqueria Salad (Frontera Cocina): Salad with petite baby gem lettuces, carrots, radishes, avocado, cotija cheese and tortilla strips,with avocado-lime vinaigrette.  You can also add shrimp or chicken!

Spicy Tuna Roll (Morimoto Asia): Fresh roll with tuna, spicy mayo and scallions.  Brown rice can be ordered in place of white at no extra cost. Spicy salmon, spicy yellowtail, eel & avocado, California or vegetable rolls are also on the menu.

Fresh Fish of the Day (Paddlefish): Always a healthy option!

Filet Medallion (STK): The 6-ounce portion at STK Orlando can be ordered with a side of asparagus or cucumbers & heirloom tomatoes instead of mashed potatoes.

Red Vine Pizza (Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza): This pizza features classic dough, red sauce, grated parmesan, ovalini mozzarella, fresh basil, cherry tomatoes and an olive oil drizzle. And it’s only 660 calories for the whole pie!
