If you’ll be visiting Epcot on Thursday, June 8, then you’ll want to stop by The Seas with Nemo & Friends Pavilion and help celebrate World Ocean Day. This special event is a way to connect with nature and learn how you can help protect our planet. There will be special displays and activities throughout the pavilion in Future World.
Disney’s education instructors and conservation specialists will be on hand to answer your questions and share how the Disney Conservation Fund is helping reverse the decline of at-risk animals in the wild, including, sharks, rays, coral reefs and sea turtles. You can also learn how cast members at The Seas with Nemo & Friends are working on Florida beaches and in The Bahamas to help protect delicate marine ecosystems.
Additionally, Coral Reef Restaurant which is also located in The Seas Pavilion will offer an exclusive white chocolate ocean-themed dessert developed specially for World Oceans Day.
