New River Rapids Ride Coming to SeaWorld Orlando in 2018

Today SeaWorld Orlando announced their all-new innovative river rapids ride coming to the park in 2018.  Infinity Falls will take guests on a journey through a lost jungle river that will wind past ancient ruins, waterfalls, fountains, and ultimately get you soaked in the end.

One of the coolest features of this experience is the “unique vertical lift” that lifts rafters to the top of the attractions before a 40-foot drop, making it the tallest rapids ride in the world.  The ride also features a series of chutes and class IV rapids.  At the end of the ride, passengers will float past Harmony Village to end on a “message of inspiration”.

“Water makes up more than 70% of our planet,” said Brian Morrow, Vice President of Theme Park Design Experience. “We developed Infinity Falls to tell new stories that showcase the beauty and sheer power of water and the amazing wildlife that lives in it.  The result is a new river rapids adventure for our guests to explore, and actively help freshwater ecosystems in a way that only SeaWorld can bring to life.”
