Universal Orlando Resort has revealed the food and beverage items that will be available at the new Volcano Bay theme park opening on May 25, 2017. The entire menu is island-inspired and created by the award-winning culinary team, led by Corporate Executive Chef Steven Jayson. The talented group came up with 60 different food and beverage options for guests to choose from.
All of the menu items were inspired by the flavors of the South Pacific. Think Poke Bowls, Mango BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, or Island Chicken Salad. Other items include Hawaiian Ribs with boniato mash and sweet plantains. Coconut Curry Chicken made with braised chicken, green coconut curry sauce, white rice, coconut and cilantro with sweet plantains, and specialty burgers to delight your taste buds.
For more traditional theme park food fans there’s chicken fingers, hamburgers and pizza to indulge in.
Also, many of these dishes are available as part of Volcano Bay’s Universal Dining Plan option.

- The Feasting Frog
